3. the data will be processed electronically with logic strictly related to the purposes outlined above and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
4. the provision of data is compulsory in order to receive the requested information; failure to provide consent prevents the data controller from providing the requested service. The data provided may also be used for accounting purposes, if necessary. Failure to give consent prevents the holder from performing the service.
5. The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be disseminated. It is understood that the personal data may also be disclosed, in the event of a request, to the Authorities in charge of legal/legal matters according to current legislation.

o request from the data controller access to personal data, their rectification and cancellation, the restriction of their processing and/or object to their processing and the portability of their data in the cases provided for by the Regulations to which reference is made in full. These rights may be exercised by sending an email to info@rhapsodiafilm.com or by revoking the consent given; such revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing already carried out based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
